Sergey Gerasin, LL.M., Ph.D, is a practicing attorney, co-founder and managing partner of SDN Legal Inc.
Sergey obtained Bachelor of laws from the University of Montreal (2013) and from University of Voronezh, Russia (1995), Master of Laws from the University of Bremen, Germany (2004), and Ph.D. in law from the Institute of State and Law of the Russian Academy of Sciences (Moscow). Further, Mr. Gerasin successfully completed the program Transnational Law and Practice, offered by the University of Washington (WA), and programs International business transactions and International arbitration and litigation, offered by the University of San-Diego.
He was a speaker at many international conferences and congresses hold in Russia, Switzerland, Germany, and Kazakhstan.
Sergey is a member of the Quebec Bar (Barreau du Québec) since 2014, and he was a member of the Bar chambers of the Moscow region, Russia, until 2020.
Having extensive experience of working in large law firms and as an in-house lawyer both for commercial and non-for-profit organizations, Sergey developed practical approach to resolve client’s issues in order to achieve the goal in a more efficient and less time-consuming way. Attention to client’s cases, flexibility, individual approach, that what Sergey can offer to his clients.
